Q: What exactly are sand wax candles?
A: Sand wax candles are a unique and customizable candle experience. Instead of a traditional solid wax candle, you pour loose wax granules (sand wax) into a container, insert a wick, and light it like a regular candle. You can refill, mix colors, or shape it however you like.

Q: Are your sand wax candles scented?

Q: How long do they burn?
A: Burn time depends on the amount of wax used and container size, but typically our sand wax burns about 8–10 hours per 3–4 oz of wax.

A: Absolutely. One of the main benefits of sand wax is the reusable container. Simply replace the wick and pour in new sand wax when needed.

Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes. Sand wax is designed to be clean-burning and non-toxic. Always follow safety guidelines: keep away from flammable items, never leave it unattended, and place on a heat-safe surface.

Q: Can I mix colors and scents?

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All our candles are shipped from our fulfillment center in the U.S. for faster delivery times.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned — we plan to expand soon!

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Q: Are there any items that can’t be returned?
A: We cannot accept returns on used candles or custom kits once opened due to safety and hygiene reasons.
